Real estate development and management is a major expertise area of Tester Group, alongside the automotive business. So far, we have developed major projects expanding over 65,000 square meters in Iasi. We currently hold and manage class A+ and A office facilities adding up to 30,000 square meters, where we host multinational companies, domestic business and startups.
In addition, we have built 18,000 square meters of manufacturing and storage facilities in the first and largest logistics center in Moldavia, in compliance with the European standards.
